Active Kids

Evolution Jujutsu is now an Active Kids provider. Active Kids is a government initiative offering a $100 voucher each calendar year to help kids get active.

How to apply

Please follow these steps to apply –

• To obtain an Active Kids voucher from Services NSW click here Services NSW – Active Kids
• Fill out our request form below
• We will email you a coupon code to use on our sign up page
• Sign up using the coupon code at checkout

Please note:

• Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
• Vouchers can only be used once, within the calendar year issued, for the person named on the voucher
• Vouchers can only be used on membership fees
